I had a very good 11 nights stay in Funchal. Not too far from a large castle, walkable. Walked around city centre, located relatively close to the place, loved it. Great balcony for further relaxation.

Reasonably large rooms and exceptional service, VERY PLEASANT stay. The bed was comfy and everything was reasonably clean. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet were a bonus. Incredibly nice breakfasts. An amazing apartment, it was reasonably priced.

Experience of living in this excellent apartment was lovely. We met the owner, who gave us good tips. Greatly enjoyed that it was really close to Rua Conselheiro bus stop, that's benefit.
